Hey, I'm Angelo

a Kinesiology & Psychology graduate with certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, corrective exercise, and nutrition. I've been studying fitness and human behaviour since highschool, not because I had it figured out, but because I didn't.

What separates this program from a standard coaching package isn't the credentials. It's the approach. Most coaching fixes the surface — calories, workouts, steps. I go deeper. We look at the patterns keeping you stuck: all-or-nothing thinking, emotional eating, perfectionism, self-sabotage, the identity you've built around being someone who "can't stay consistent."

No. This is active 1:1 coaching. You have weekly check-ins, video feedback, and direct access to your coach throughout the 16 weeks. You're not left to figure it out alone.

No. Whether you're brand new to training, coming back after a long break or already doing something, the program meets you where you are and builds from there.

Because most programs give you a plan — not a coach. The difference is someone who actually looks at what's happening, adjusts when things aren't working, and helps you understand the patterns behind why you've struggled to stay consistent. That's what this is. You aren't just doing things differently - you are understanding your actions.

It's a no-pressure conversation — about 20–30 minutes. We talk about your goals, your history, what you've already tried, and whether this program is genuinely the right fit for you. There's no hard sell. If it's not the right time or the right match, I'll tell you.

Yes you can add this in later. However if you purchase the bundle with a training program it will be slightly more cost-effective. We can discuss this on the call.
